The event, celebrating the 80^th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the 1000^th anniversary of Thang Long – Hanoi, took as its theme heroes of the Dinh and Le dynasties.

This was the first performance ever to combine the talents of the Vietnam Traditional Orchestra, hundreds of artists from VOV, the Vietnam Opera-Ballet Theatre, the Vietnam National Academy of Music, and the Ninh Binh provincial Cheo Theatre.

The performance was directed by meritorious artist Hoang Luong, Vice Director of VOV’s Cultural and Social Affairs Channel.
